		<description>Will&#039;s from North Carolina and he gets a little homesick sometimes here in Indiana but it&#039;s not that different.  Alaska, well that&#039;s pretty different.  I&#039;m not sure I could ever get used to 20 hour days, let alone 20 hour nights!!  I have a friend from Hawaii who had a very hard time adjusting to daylight hours that change throughout the year; she was used to the sun rising at 6:00 and setting at 6:00 every day...</description>

		<description>I always get excited when I see I have a post from you guys in my reader... today I&#039;m doubly excited because your post was about my home state!! :-) (I was born in raised in AK, but last fall moved to NC for grad school... and I&#039;ve been terribly home sick this summer. It&#039;s gets dark here! Boo! :-)

I worked for NPS for a while before moving, it was really great being there at a time when so many of the parks were actively making these sustainable upgrades.</description>
